Office Tour
Reception Area
Our reception area provides an open and comfortable atmosphere. During your visit, you will hear music streamed through iTunes played throughout our modern office. The reception area also offers the most current magazines, bottles of water, and freshly brewed coffee. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our appointment coordinators.
Patient Check-In
Next to the front desk is our check-in computer. Our finger print scanners allow for easy check-in, informing our clinical staff that you have arrived for your appointment and allowing our clinical team to serve you and your family in the timeliest manner.
Media Room
This special on-deck area is for our younger patients who are waiting to be seated in the clinical area. Comfortable seating, a 300 gallon aquarium, and video games (Ms Pacman, PS2 and Game Cube) add another dimension to the orthodontic experience. This area is also an ideal place for siblings and friends to hang out.
Tooth brushing Area
Our tooth brushing area is available to all patients to use prior to their appointment. In this area, the patients will find two infrared sensor sinks and pre-pasted disposable toothbrushes for their convenience.
Clinical Area
Our main clinical area is state-of-the-art. The clinical area contains the most up-to-date equipment and materials to offer our patients the most comfortable and efficient experience. Each chair is equipped with an AppleTV containing a large library of music for your enjoyment.
Consultation Room
The consultation room is where Dr. Walkow performs all initial examinations and the treatment consultations. This private area is also utilized for progress consultation visits.
On-site Lab
Our on-site lab allows us to provide our patients with the highest quality appliances completed in a timely manner. This allows our patients and their families to save valuable time that would otherwise have to be spent away from home, work or school. Additionally, this eliminates the possibility of shifting teeth while waiting for your appliances to be mailed to our office.
Sterilization
Our sterilization room has the most up-to-date equipment to enable us to uphold all OSHA standards. Dr Walkow and his staff feel very strongly about infection control. All sterilization procedures meet both the American Dental Association and the OSHA guidelines. The sterilization units are regularly monitored by an outside service to ensure consistent sterility of all instrumentation.
